Thank goodness I finally found a great plumbing company. After searching high and low for someone who could actually fix my leaking toilet I came across Long Island Plumbing Authority. They arrived on time, were neat will they were working, and made sure I was happy with the repair before they left. Now that is what I call customer service!

The customer service staff was courteous and helpful. They quickly set up and appointment for me the next day with a time window for the technician's arrival time and the next day received a call with a definite time within the original time window. The technician was right on time, courteous, professional, fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess. He then took the time to explain the work done and asked if I had any questions! Can't beat this kind of service! Thank you Long Island Plumbing Authority!!

I went with this company because they were local and offered a coupon on their website. I called one or 2 more of the plumbers but this company seemed to have better pricing
